Eco Z60 racks

Very versatile and resistant medium load storage system.

It is the ideal solution for storing heavy and bulky goods that are moved manually.

The Eco Z60 system is made up of racks, Z-beams, reinforcement beams and shelves.

Racks

The racks are made up of two 50x50mm omega-shaped pillars with front holes spaced 50mm apart.

The connection between the pillars is ensured by crosspieces and diagonals screwed into the pillar's side hole.

Support for the ground is ensured by a bolted metal footing.

The footing has holes to allow it to be fixed to the ground using HST-type metal anchors.

Beams

The beams in this system are Z-shaped, with a recess to allow the application of 19mm-thick chipboard or metal panels.

A connector with 3 claws is welded to the end of each beam, allowing it to be easily and quickly fitted into the front hole of the column.

The connector has a dedicated hole for applying a safety brake, which acts as a "mechanical fuse".

We have two types of beams: Z60 or Z100, which can be used depending on the load to be stored.

Reinforcing beams

In order to guarantee greater load-bearing capacity in the shelf area, we use reinforcement beams.

The crossbars can be central or lateral.

The central crossbars are omega-shaped and are supported on the Z-beams and then screwed down to ensure that they don't move out of place. The side rails are placed at the end of the shelf, resting on the Z-beams. These rails do not need to be screwed down.

Shelves

You can use two types of shelves: 19mm thick chipboard or modular metal panels with a galvanized finish

Standard finishes

All metal profiles are electrostatically powder coated in a continuous line, taking into account the following stages:

Degreasing, phosphating (a process in metallurgy for surface protection of metals), washing, powder coating with a minimum thickness of 50 μm and polymerization in an oven at 200ºC.
