How do I place my first order with Wexpo.com?

Before placing your first order, you must register on our website. Registration is a simple and quick process. You must add the products you want to your shopping cart. Once you have all the products added, simply finalize the order by indicating the delivery and billing address as well as the shipping method. For security reasons, the cash on delivery method is not available for the first order.

What time can I place my order so that it leaves the same day?

Orders finalized by 15:00 will be shipped the same day, except for custom orders. After that time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery. Dispatch is always made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I change the materials and quantities in my order?

You must contact us to change your order. If the order is still on our premises, we will change it.

What happens if I pay for an order and the material is missing?

If your order is incomplete due to a stock outage, Wexpo.com will immediately send you what is available. The rest of the material will be sent as soon as it arrives from our suppliers, without any additional costs or postage. Under these conditions, the customer will always be notified at the time of the first shipment.

Orders weighing more than 20 kg cannot be shipped to the Autonomous Regions of Madeira and the Azores.

Therefore, Wexpo will not be responsible for any delays or material breakages caused during transportation. The recipient must check the goods on receipt and place a clear and precise reservation on the carrier's document. Without this reservation, the carrier declines all responsibility.
